Language Through Literature: Aesop's Fables

Age Group: 8-10

The use of fables of the Greek author Aesop provides insight into the morals associated with these much-loved stories. Children will revisit old favourites like ‘The Boy Who Cried Wolf’ and ‘The Goose That Laid The Golden Egg’ as they use the stories as the basis for oral language, reading and writing activities.
