Fairy and Folk Tales Through Drama contains twelve favourite traditional stories that have been skilfully dramatised by the author to be presented as appealing plays for classroom use.

The tales are from a variety of countries and children will recognise such stories as The Elves and the Shoemaker, The Three Wishes, and the Ugly Dwarf (Rumplestiltskin), and will enjoy the novelty of playing out the Little Red Riding Hood story from the viewpoint of the wolf.
